2. Services Provided

We provide:

  • Private hire taxi services
  • Pre-booked transport services
  • School and contract transport
  • Transport for vulnerable and SEN passengers
  • Courier and passenger transfer services

All services are subject to availability and operational conditions.

3. Bookings

  • Bookings may be made via phone, website, app, or approved third-party platforms
  • A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation message or email
  • You must provide accurate passenger details, pickup location, and time
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary, including for safety, non-payment, misuse, or regulatory reasons

4. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are confirmed at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Tolls
  • Parking
  • Waiting time
  • Excess mileage
  • Cleaning (where applicable)

Payments may be made by cash, card, invoice agreement, or contract arrangement.

For school contracts, invoicing terms will follow the relevant local authority or contractual agreement.

We reserve the right to suspend services where payment is outstanding.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made as early as possible
  • If a driver has already been dispatched, a cancellation charge may apply
  • Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis where applicable

We are not responsible for missed flights, appointments, or losses resulting from delays outside our control, including traffic, weather, accidents, road closures, or police incidents.

6. Delays and Service Disruptions

While we aim to be punctual, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed due to circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Road incidents
  • Severe weather
  • Vehicle breakdowns
  • Acts of nature
  • Industrial action

Where possible, we will notify you of delays and offer reasonable alternatives.

7. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must:

  • Wear seatbelts at all times
  • Behave respectfully towards drivers
  • Avoid causing damage to vehicles
  • Refrain from abusive, threatening, or illegal behaviour

We may refuse service or terminate a journey if behaviour is unsafe or inappropriate.

8. Children, SEN, and Vulnerable Passengers

We regularly provide transport for children and vulnerable passengers.

  • Children will only be transported where authorised by parents, carers, schools, or local authorities
  • Safeguarding procedures apply at all times
  • Escorts or travel assistants may be required where specified
  • Drivers are vetted in line with licensing authority requirements

Passenger safety is our highest priority.

9. Lost Property

Items left in vehicles will be stored securely and handled in accordance with licensing regulations. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

10. Vehicles and Drivers

All vehicles are:

  • Properly licensed and insured
  • Maintained to regulatory standards

All drivers are:

  • Fully licensed
  • Background checked
  • Professionally trained

We reserve the right to substitute a different vehicle or driver where operationally necessary.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or financial loss
  • Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the cost of the journey

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
